Several Holocaust survivors as well as their families gather in Prague’s Old Town Square to recreate a photograph which was drawn in 1945, once the survivors had been liberated from Nazi concentration camps.
The survivors were a part of several children traveled towards the United kingdom to begin new lives after World War Two. Unlike the Kindertransport – which saved a large number of children in early many years of world war 2 – this group have been although the concentration camps and survived against all odds.
BBC reporter Hannah Gelbart, a daughter of among the survivors, informs the storyline from the orphaned children who’d everything obtained from them, and re-built their lives together.
