Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed a further 397 cases of coronavirus, while Police Minister Lisa Neville says recurring coronavirus rule breaches have left Victoria Police officers “fed up”. A total of 168 fines were dished out by police the 24 hours to Saturday morning.
