A few heavy, thundery downpours may affect eastern parts of England overnight. Some showers too across western areas, most frequent across northern and western Scotland. Elsewhere, largely dry with a mix of cloud and clear spells. Cool in the north, with lows in single figures in sheltered rural spots. Warmer further south with temperatures holding up in the teens.
