British Police have launched an investigation into the allegations of sexual offences against Russell Brand following recent claims made against him in the media.

The actor and comedian has claimed he is the victim of a “legacy media” conspiracy to silence him.

Mr Brand denied the allegations, labelling them “collusion between big tech and government”.

The UK Metropolitan Police published a media release, stating they had received many non-recent allegations against the actor from across the country.

The media release was timed 20 minutes before Mr Brand addressed his followers on video platform Rumble.
