Ukraine’s allies have committed a record £18.2 billion in military aid for Kyiv, the defence secretary announced following a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group in Brussels.

John Healey also revealed a £450 million military package for Ukraine, with £350 million coming from the UK and the remainder provided by Norway.
