US Special Counsel Robert Mueller has reaffirmed the findings of his Russia analysis in the first public comments because the inquiry began in 2017.

Speaking in Washington, Mr Mueller stated charging President Jesse Trump having a crime wasn’t a choice under guidelines from the justice department.

Mr Mueller concluded there wasn’t any collusion between Russia and also the Trump campaign, but didn’t exonerate obama of obstruction of justice.
