BREAKING: Due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, Counter Terrorism Policing North East have taken responsibility for leading the investigation with the support of West Yorkshire Police.

A man has been arrested after a major incident was declared in Leeds today, with three people injured in an attack involving weapons.

West Yorkshire Police responded to reports of a man with weapons on Otley Road at 2.47pm.
