The UK says Germany can go to hell. The German Chancellor inferred today that the British and French have troops in Ukraine already. When asked why Germany couldn’t send long range missiles after pressuring others to do so, the squeamish Scholz said: “This is a very far-reaching weapon, and what the British and French are doing in terms of target control and support for target control cannot be done in Germany.” The UK’s Ben Wallace responded saying Scholz is the wrong man in the wrong job at the wrong time. And the UK’s parliament said Scholz’s inference was “wrong, irresponsible and a slap in the face to allies”. France doesn’t have a comment on the matter, but a French MP said Berlin was isolated in Europe. Meanwhile Putin threatened to use nuclear weapons on Europe for the first time in a while. Saying that if the west sends troops to Ukraine, they could use nuclear weapons on their cities. This comes as documents have been “leaked” showing that Russia has an extremely low threshold to use nuclear weapons. Both are massive indicators that Putin is legitimately scared that the Western powers will end his war in Ukraine. Russia would be decimated by a European intervention so it seems his only hope is to threaten to destroy the world.
